A little bit about me

As a creative professional with more than 17 years of experience, I have honed my skills across various disciplines within the advertising industry, design studios, and in-house teams. My primary focus and passion revolve around digital design, art direction, and empowering fellow designers to reach their full potential. I take immense pleasure in crafting visually striking designs with precise attention to detail, pushing my limits with emerging technologies, and driving innovative creative concepts forward. One of my significant strengths is adaptability, allowing me to effortlessly transition between design, coding/development, and team management. My experience in working within an agency has given me the ability to manage
several projects simultaneously, each with its unique set of challenges, including meeting client expectations and briefs. During my career, I have encountered several obstacles while working on different projects. However, these challenges have given me valuable experience that has enabled me to lead with creativity and mentor and develop my team members. As a result, I have grown to love this industry and have become a proficient performer in this field. As a highly focused individual, I am confident in my abilities and believe that I am a top-tier designer/team leader poised to take the next step in my career.

Digital Design Manager / Art Director
My role involves leading the creative direction of the digital design team for national marketing campaigns and digital projects. I plan and oversee photoshoots, including creating photography briefs and working closely with photographers. Furthermore, I am responsible for supervising a team of digital designers, managing their workloads and deadlines, providing guidance, and ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard while staying true to Postcode Lottery brand.

Senior graphic / digital designer
As a senior designer, I was responsible for designing and delivering creative content for national print and digital campaigns. My work played a critical role in helping clients effectively communicate their message to their target audience.
