My role involves leading the creative direction of the digital design team for national marketing campaigns and digital projects.
I plan and oversee photoshoots, including creating photography briefs and working closely with photographers. Furthermore, I am responsible
for supervising a team of digital designers, managing their workloads and deadlines, providing guidance, and ensuring that all projects are
completed to a high standard while staying true to Postcode Lottery brand.
Our company's multiple nationwide campaigns have produced remarkable results, including a steady rise in ticket sales and a high level of player retention. In fact, the churn rate for our company is at its lowest point in our history, which is a testament to the effectiveness of our campaigns. Moreover, our efforts have gone beyond increasing revenue for our business, as we've also been able to raise over £1 billion for charities and local good causes. These impressive outcomes are a direct result of our successful campaigns, which have been tailored to engage and inspire our target audience.
